My Therapeutic Lens

  • Taking the step to begin therapy takes courage and that is something to be proud of! Being vulnerable about your inner world can be hard. I honor you and your experiences wherever you’re at, I will meet you there with empathy, compassion, and non-judgment.

  • I believe that every individual is worthy of love and connection as exactly who they are and wherever they are; YOU are worthy right now.

  • Your experiences, emotions, thoughts, and sensations are valuable. Your inner wisdom is powerful. You already have everything you need within you, I am here to walk alongside you, listen, connect, and help you explore new perspectives. I bring curiosity and mindfulness to help you cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and growth.

  • Creating a trusting relationship and therapeutic alliance is a powerful piece in cultivating healing, growth, and transformation. I strive to create a connection that empowers you to tap into your values and voice, supporting you to step into your whole and most authentic self.

  • My work extends beyond therapy sessions, I aim to live in a way that cultivates love and makes a positive impact in this hard world.
