Join Us for Group Therapy Support!

Bloom offers various outpatient therapy groups available to both Bloom clients and individuals of all genders in the broader community. Through our therapy groups, we intend to create a safe space where you can connect with others in recovery and share in those "me too" moments that help us all feel a little less alone in our journeys. Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Group

This group is for adults ages 18 and older navigating the experiences of pregnancy & postpartum. In this group, we will explore various topics related to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum bodily changes that impact our whole selves, mentally, physically, and emotionally. This group is intended to be a safe space for expecting & current moms to share, learn, and lean on others navigating similar struggles along the journey of healing, adapting to pre/postnatal bodily changes, and entering motherhood. From the anticipated body shifts to the ones we often don’t talk about, this group will explore the journey of women's resilient bodies.

When & Where: Mondays from 5 to 6 PM at Bloom

Tuesday Recovery Support for Food & Body Liberation

Our outpatient recovery group is for individuals of all genders, 18 and older, navigating food and body image concerns. In this group, we explore various topics related to eating disorder recovery as well as skills intended to help in the journey of making peace with food and body. This group is intended to be a safe space for members to share, learn, and both give and receive support with others navigating similar struggles along the path of recovery and healing.

When & Where: Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:45 PM at Bloom

Binge Eating Support Group

Our binge eating group is for individuals of all genders, 18 and older, struggling with binge eating behaviors and/or Binge Eating Disorder. This group is intended to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals within the community who feel underrepresented or unheard in their unique struggles with food and body image. Through connection and fellowship, group members will receive support in exploring and processing their experiences of making peace with food in a diet-centric world as they find acceptance and healing within themselves and their bodies.

Virtual Recovery Skills Group

Our skills group is for individuals of all genders, 18 and older who are wanting to grow their knowledge and practice of skills to support their healing around food and body struggles. This group will meet virtually for 8 weeks, with each week introducing a new topic to explore. Group topics include but are not limited to mindfulness, self-compassion, assertiveness & boundaries, relationships, emotions, and intuitive eating. This group is intended to be a safe space for members to learn, process, reflect, and share their experiences while practicing and integrating tangible skills into their lives and relationships.

When & Where: Wednesdays from 5 to 6 PM via Google Meet

Recovery Support for Adolescents

Our adolescent recovery group is for individuals of all genders, from 14 to 18 years old (or in their high school years). In this group, we explore the experience of being in recovery while giving group members a safe space to make meaningful connections as they navigate healing their relationship with food and body. This group provides a blend of both process support and exploration of themes and skills specifically tailored to supporting those navigating recovery in their formative years.

Important Information

All potential group members must schedule an intake at Bloom prior to beginning group services.

All of our groups are "open" (accept for our virtual skills group) and continuously accepting new members if space is available.

We ask all group members for a 5-week minimum commitment for the health of the group (8 week commitment for our virtual skills group).

The fee for each group varies from $45-$50. We accept various insurance plans. Please contact us to inquire.
