Join Us for Group Therapy Support!
Bloom offers various outpatient therapy groups available to both Bloom clients and individuals of all genders in the broader community. Through our therapy groups, we intend to create a safe space where you can connect with others in recovery and share in those "me too" moments that help us all feel a little less alone in our journeys. Please reach out to us if you are interested in joining us for any of our therapy groups listed below!

Virtual HAES Support Group
This support group is exclusively for individuals of all genders, 18 and older, who have current or past struggles with binge eating as well as experience living in marginalized bodies in our thin-obsessed, fat-phobic culture. This group is intended to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for folx within the ED community who might feel underrepresented or unheard in their unique struggles with food and body image. Through connection and fellowship, group members will receive support in exploring and processing their experiences of making peace with food in a diet-centric world. We will also explore resources and provide information regarding the concepts of Health at Every Size and Body Liberation.

This 7-week series is for individuals of all genders and body identities, 18 and older, and will incorporate gentle yoga postures, mindful movement, and breathing practices to explore proprioception (how our body moves and takes up space) and interoception (interpreting our body’s internal signals/cues). Each week will have a different theme, such as gentleness, empowerment, trust, and acceptance. This group is intended for folx who are curious about exploring ways to incorporate movement into recovery, learning more about body communication, and wanting a safe space to repair relationships with movement and body. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
