Somatic Connection Movement Sessions
Somatic Connection Movement is a form of movement that’s intended to provide a safe and trauma-informed space for folx to explore gentle movement on their own terms free of judgement or expectations. Through collaboration, curiosity, and guided mind-body emotional exploration, clients will discover peace, connection, and safety in their bodies one session at a time.




Individual Trauma-Informed Personal Training
Trauma-informed personal training is a style of movement that recognizes and honors the presence of trauma symptoms in the body as we work together to discover how to build safety, strength, and security through movement. This style of training centers around a non-restrictive, collaborative approach that celebrates personal choice in the workout space and helps clients build healthy boundaries and limits within their personal fitness. We invite creativity and compassion as we explore and discover what movements feel safe and supportive one session at a time.
