Recovery Resources
Finding truly supportive and helpful resources can feel overwhelming when looking for recovery support outside of treatment. So we decided to do the bulk of the work and create a list of recovery resources we trust for clients, friends, family, and the community. This section is not fully comprehensive, so please let us know of any resources you've found helpful that you'd like us to share. The below lists include books, articles, support groups, podcasts, websites, blogs, individuals to follow, and more.
Other Resources on Healing, Mindfulness, & Trauma

* Please be aware that while some folx find the work of Brené Brown and Bessel Van der Kolk helpful to their healing and growth, these authors can be fatphobic at times. You can read more about that here.*
Project Heal's goal is to break down barriers to treatment to give every person a shot at recovery. Project Heal provides three programs focused on breaking down systemic, healthcare, and financial barriers to eating disorder treatment. Through their Insurance Navigation, Treatment Placement, and Cash Assistance programs, more people are able to access the care that they need and deserve.
